These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website https://infomartportal.cc (the “Website”), operated by INFOMART PORTAL CO. L.L.C S.O.C (“INFOMART PORTAL”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a limited liability company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates under Commercial License No. 1580654 issued by the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism.
By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Website. If you use the Website on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms on its behalf, and “you” refers to that organisation.
3. Permitted use
You may use the Website to learn about INFOMART PORTAL, to review information about our services, and to contact us. You agree to use the Website lawfully, and in a way that does not restrict or inhibit anyone else’s use of it.
4. Prohibited use
You must not:
- use the Website for any unlawful purpose, or in breach of any applicable law or regulation of the United Arab Emirates or of your own jurisdiction;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, its server, or any system or network connected to it;
- introduce viruses, malware, or any other harmful code;
- interfere with, disrupt or place unreasonable load on the Website or its infrastructure, including by means of automated scraping, crawling or data extraction, except by search engines operating in the ordinary way;
- copy, reproduce, republish, sell, rent, sub-licence or redistribute any part of the Website except as permitted in section 5;
- reverse engineer or attempt to derive the source code of any part of the Website;
- submit false, misleading or fraudulent information through the Website; or
- use the Website to send unsolicited commercial communications, or to harvest contact details for that purpose.
We may suspend or withdraw your access to the Website if you breach these Terms.

The Website and its contents — including text, graphics, layout, design, logos, trade marks and software — are owned by INFOMART PORTAL or licensed to us, and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Beyond this, no licence or right is granted to you in respect of the Website or its contents, and any other use requires our prior written permission.
Trade marks and trade names of third parties appearing on the Website remain the property of their respective owners.

The content of the Website is provided for general information about our business. We take reasonable care to keep it accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete, accurate or up to date at all times.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

We may amend these Terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page, and the effective date at the top shows when it was last changed. Your continued use of the Website after a change takes effect means you accept the amended Terms.
16. Severability and waiver
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary, or severed, and the remaining provisions will stay in full force. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us in relation to your use of the Website, and supersede any prior understanding on that subject.
18. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or with your use of the Website, are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. The courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory right you may have to bring proceedings in another jurisdiction.
